1.1 The Jerusalem Legal Aid and Human Rights Centre – JLAC is a human rights organization located in Palestine and it stands to defend victims of human rights offences, regardless whom the violator and what facet of living a dignified life is being violated.  In this regard, JLAC provides pro-bono legal aid, awareness, and advocacy/ efforts in tackling violations made by the Israeli government (in the case of securing the social and economic rights of Jerusalemites), the Israeli occupying forces  as represented by the Israeli Civil Administration (towards securing Palestinians residing in Area C in their homes and lands), and the Palestinian Authority (in defending those detained or discriminated against due to their political affiliation, or other violations of public).

1.2 This privacy policy explains our online information collection and use practices, and the choices you may and can make about the way we use such information. Please read this privacy policy carefully to understand how we use your personal data (as defined below). Please note that, we may change this privacy policy when from time to time, for example when update the website or expand our service and/or activities. Thus, we strongly recommend reviewing it whenever you visit the website.

This Privacy Policy applies to web-users visiting JLAC website, within the www.JLAC.ps  domain name.
